 Question: How much is the delivery charge?

Answer: All our prices include delivery to mainland Britain with the exception of the Highlands of Scotland, if you are in the Highlands or not on mainland Britain please email  us for a quote. 

Question: How long does it take for my item to be delivered?

Answer: We make every effort to get our products to you within 3 - 5 working days. Some items such as the Blistering Woodfired Pizza Ovens are hand made and may take a little longer, but we will advice you on progress right up until your item is delivered..

QuestionHow do I know when my delivery will arrive?

Answer: Once your order is processed we’ll advise you of the delivery schedule by email. We use a number of couriers depending on item and location. Large items and palletised deliveries are usually booked in directly with you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Question: What if my item has sold out?

Answer: In the minority of cases where stock is not in the warehouse right now, we’ll contact you to let you know, advising you when your item will be back in stock.

Question: What do I do if my item has arrived damaged or deffective?

Answer: We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn't always the case. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately at info@outdoorlivingexperience.co.uk with your name address, the product name and a description of the fault and we'll arrange collection and replacement.

  Question: Do you offer support for the products you sell?

Answer: Yes we offer support via email and a call back system to answer any questions you may have our aim is to respond back to you within 48 hours.We also offer support numbers directly with the manufacturers for most of our products ensuring you get the very best out of your purchase..

Question: Do you offer an installation service and roofing options on your log cabins and garden buildings?

Answer: Yes we can arrange an installation service along with roofing options. Installation and roof covering are not included in the price if you email us we can arrange an installer to contact you with a quote for the work
